
StrayKids in Lollapalooza
The group Stray Kids successfully finished as a headliner of the stage at the American music festival “Lollapalooza Chicago.”
On the 2nd (local time), Stray Kids staged the BUD LIGHT STAGE headlining of the world-renowned music festival “Lollapalooza Chicago,” which attracted 110,000 viewers on each performance day at Grant Park in Chicago, Illinois.

This is the third large overseas festival headliner after Milan I-Days (I-Days) in Italy and London’s BST Hyde Park (British Summer Time Hyde Park) in July this year, and has been invited as a headliner for Lollapalooza for two consecutive years since Lollapalooza Paris, which recorded its first K-pop artist performance in July 2023.
Stray Kids opened the night in Chicago with its third full-length album, “Special,” which is the title track of “★★★★★ (5-STAR).” Soon after, Stray Kids sang songs that contained the essence of the group, including “Ddaeng,” “Super Bowl,” “TOPLINE (Feat. Tiger JK),” “Singer,” “ITEM,” and “DOMINO.” They performed a wide range of music with “Lonely St.,” “Social Path” (feat. LiSA), “Charmer,” and “My Pace.” They performed “Michelin” by leading a crowd of clouds with parades of representative songs such as “Back Door,” “MANIAC,” and “God’s Menu.”
The highlight of the performance was Stray Kids’ first comeback in 2024, which will be unveiled at the festival, and the members enjoying the stage with “Chk Chk Boom,” the title track of the mini album “ATE” (Eight), which ranks first in five consecutive Billboard main charts.

Thanks to Chicago’s enthusiastic response and cheers, the encore stage was presented with the title track of the mini album “Rock-STAR”, “Victory Song”, “MIROH”, and “TOPLINE”. The audience, immersed in Stray Kids’ control of the stage, did not stop earnestly requesting encore even after the official performance was over, and Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N. first performed “Chk Chk Boom (Festival Ver.)” and filled the set list with a total of 21 songs, including “Haven.”
Stray Kids will open its new world tour dominATE, which boasts an all-time scale, starting with four performances of KSPO DOME in Seoul from the 24th to the 25th, and from the 31st to September 1st.
