TEAM Bunnies to protect New Jeans

The New Jeans fandom directly responds to malicious posts.

The group New Jeans’ fandom’s group, TEAM Bunnies announced on the 21st, “We would like to start fundraising to accuse malicious posts such as defamation, dissemination of false information, and malicious slander against New Jeans.”

“Despite the recent surge in malicious posts directed at New Jeans, ADOR and HYBE are not responding at all, so we want to respond directly at the fandom level,” the fans added.

“The appointment of a lawyer is currently in the final stages, and various law firms and lawyers with expertise in responding to malicious posts will take charge of the case, New Jeans’ fandom said. “We are also preparing for a malicious posting report and reporting site exclusively for New Jeans, and we will do our best to provide it within this week.”

It is reported that 50 million won was raised in eight hours for legal action.

Earlier in April, HYBE began an audit, saying that Min Hee-jin, former CEO of Ador, attempted to take over the management rights of Ador. In August, Min Hee-jin, former CEO of Ador, was removed from his position and Kim Joo-young, an inside director of A-Door, was appointed as the new CEO.

On the 15th, Hanni, a member of New Jeans, attended the National Assembly’s Environment and Labor Committee’s parliamentary audit of “idol bullying and workplace bullying.”

As the conflict between HYBE and former CEO Min Hee-jin is not narrowing, the fandom seems to have pulled out its sword directly as malicious posts against New Jeans poured out.
