
TEMPEST Wins Vietnam’s Male Idol Award at 2025 Korea First Brand Awards for Second Consecutive Year
K-pop group TEMPEST has secured the title of “Most Anticipated Male Idol Group for 2025” in the Vietnam personality category at the ‘2025 Korea First Brand Awards’, marking their second consecutive win in this category.
Award Details and Significance
The Korea First Brand Awards, held on January 7 at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul, is the country’s largest brand recognition event based on extensive consumer surveys conducted by the Korean Consumer Forum. This recognition highlights TEMPEST’s growing global popularity, especially in Vietnam.

Hanbin, a member of TEMPEST, expressed gratitude to fans and promised continued growth, stating, “We sincerely thank our fans and will work harder to show TEMPEST’s growth.” LEW added, “We’re honored to be selected for the second year in a row. Recent Achievements
In December 2024, TEMPEST released their second Japanese mini-album ‘BUBBLE GUM’, which reached 7th on the Oricon Daily Album Chart, 12th on the Billboard Japan Hot Albums Chart, and 10th on the Oricon Weekly Album Chart. These achievements demonstrate TEMPEST’s growing popularity in the Japanese market.
