We apologize for having to issue this statement in such a turbulent situation.
Recently, we learned through the media that ADOR has filed a lawsuit seeking confirmation that the exclusive contract with us five is valid. In their statement, ADOR fails to properly assert that there was no breach of the exclusive contract, and merely repeats the claim that termination of the exclusive contract is impossible until they recover their support and investment.
However, we have already returned profits exceeding the investment to ADOR and HYBE. Nevertheless, HYBE attempted various obstructions, including defamation and reverse viral marketing to lower our value, and ADOR condoned this after the change in management. It’s no different from the company that should protect us producing malicious comments themselves.
