TVXQ Marks 20th Anniversary with Third Nissan Stadium Concert in 2026 — A Historic Milestone for K-Pop in Japan
Legendary K-pop duo TVXQ will celebrate their 20th anniversary in Japan with an extraordinary achievement — a third headlining concert at Nissan Stadium in April 2026, solidifying their status as the most-performed overseas artist in the venue’s history.
During the final show of their 20th-anniversary fan event held at Kobe World Memorial Hall on November 24, the duo surprised fans with the announcement of “TVXQ 20th Anniversary Live in Nissan Stadium ~Red Ocean~,”scheduled for April 25–26, 2026 in Yokohama.
TVXQ first performed at Nissan Stadium in 2013, becoming the first non-Japanese artist to headline the massive 75,000-seat venue. They returned in 2018, making history once again by holding three consecutive days of sold-out shows — a first in Japan’s concert scene. Their upcoming 2026 shows will make them the first and only overseas act to perform at Nissan Stadium three times, reaffirming their unparalleled legacy across two decades.
With this milestone, TVXQ now holds every major performance record for a foreign act in Japan — from the most Tokyo Dome and nationwide dome concerts to the most Nissan Stadium appearances — underscoring their enduring popularity and influence in the region.
Earlier this year, on April 27, the exact date of their Japanese debut anniversary, TVXQ held a commemorative concert at Tokyo Dome, symbolically marking 20 years since their first step into Japan’s music scene. The upcoming Nissan Stadium concerts are expected to serve as the grand finale of their 20th-anniversary celebrations, drawing an estimated 75,000 fans per night for an unforgettable “Red Ocean” spectacle.
Meanwhile, TVXQ will release their 20th Anniversary film, “TVXQ 20th Anniversary Film: IDENTITY,” in Japanese theaters on February 20, 2026, continuing their celebration of two decades of artistry and impact.
