
TVXQ Sets New Record with 33 Tokyo Dome Concerts, Concludes 20th Anniversary Japan Tour
TVXQ! (Tohoshinki) has once again made history, wrapping up their “TOHOSHINKI 20th Anniversary LIVE TOUR ~ZONE~” with a spectacular finale at Tokyo Dome. The legendary K-pop duo’s Japan tour, which celebrated their 20th anniversary since debuting in Japan, drew an impressive 350,000 fans across 22 shows in nine cities, including Saitama, Aichi, Hiroshima, Osaka, Fukui, Miyagi, Fukuoka, Kanagawa, and Tokyo.
Unprecedented Records at Tokyo Dome and Nationwide
With their three-day Tokyo Dome concerts from April 25 to 27, TVXQ! achieved a total of 33 performances at the iconic venue and 92 dome concerts across Japan-a feat unmatched by any overseas artist. This extends their own record for the most Tokyo Dome and nationwide dome concerts by a foreign act, cementing their reputation as Asia’s top-tier performers.
The Tokyo Dome finale was held on April 27, the anniversary of TVXQ!’s Japanese debut, adding extra significance to the event. Major Japanese sports dailies-including Sports Nippon, Nikkan Sports, Sports Hochi, Sankei Sports, and Daily Sports-published special editions spotlighting TVXQ!’s enduring popularity and influence.

Dynamic Performances and a Fitting 20th Anniversary Celebration
The group delivered an upgraded stage production and a refreshed setlist, performing classics like “HUG,” “Purple Line,” and “Humanoids,” alongside new tracks from their anniversary album “ZONE.” Their flawless synergy and powerful live vocals captivated audiences, while their varied setlist showcased both their history and growth as artists.
The tour capped off a year of nonstop 20th anniversary activities, including album releases, TV appearances, magazine features, pop-up stores, and more.

With their record-breaking Japan tour now complete, TVXQ! will next appear at “SMTOWN LIVE 2025” in Mexico City on May 10 and Los Angeles on May 12, continuing their global journey.
