One More! TWICE album sales record has added
Twice albums’ cumulative sales, released by Korea and Japan exceeded 20 million copies.
Recently, TWICE achieved a cumulative sales of 20,013,182 copies with a total of 43 albums released in Korea and Japan. From their debut mini album “THE STORY BIGINS” in October 2015 to their latest mini album “With You-th” in February 2024, Nayeon’s first mini album “IM NAYEON” and Jihyo’s debut album “ZONE” in Korea recorded a cumulative sales of 14,565,638 copies based on the CIRCLE chart.
In addition, Japanese albums, ranging from Japan’s best debut album “#TWICE” in June 2017 to the 10th single “Hare Hare” released in May last year, and the debut album “Masterpiece” of the group’s first unit MISAMO, posted cumulative sales of a total of 5,447,544 copies. As a result, TWICE has once again achieved the status of the world’s top girl group by setting a milestone of “over 20 million copies” in total. TWICE album sales is incredible.
TWICE, which is in its 10th year since debut, has continued to grow indefinitely in various indicators, including the world’s stadium-class world tour and major overseas music charts. With “With You-th,” its first comeback in 2024, it topped the Billboard 200 main chart on March 9 (local time), breaking its career high. As of May 2, the global music streaming platform Spotify showed off its powerful potential by surpassing 20 million cumulative followers on the Twice channel and all of Twice’s music registered on Spotify exceeded 10 billion cumulative streaming worldwide.
They will perform at the Japanese stadium as part of their fifth world tour “TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR “READY TO BE” in July and expand their activities. They will perform solo at Yanma Stadium Nagai in Osaka from July 13th to 14th and Ajinomoto Stadium in Tokyo from July 20th to 21st, and will enter Kanagawa Nissan Stadium for the first time in the history of overseas female artists from July 27th to 28th.
Meanwhile, Nayeon is expected to make a comeback with her second solo album “NA” (me) and title song “ABCD” on June 14, followed by the release of TWICE’s new Japanese album “DIVE” on July 17, further heating up the hearts of fans at home and abroad. TWICE albums will be continued.
