
TXT Yeonjun apology on his wrong posting
YEONJUN, a member of the group TOMORROW X TOGETHER, apologized for posting a photo of his visit to Japan on National Liberation Day of Korea.
On the 16th, TXT Yeonjun said on its fan community platform Weverse, “I failed to respect the historical meaning and significance of Liberation Day and showed carelessness in uploading pictures,” adding, “I apologize to everyone who was hurt by my wrong behavior. I will reflect on what I lack and be more careful not to let this happen in the future.”
He then once again said, “Once again, I apologize to everyone.”
Earlier, Yeonjun posted a photo taken in Japan the previous day on its Instagram. Some pointed out that the post was inappropriate as it is National Liberation Day, August 15 of Korea.
Meanwhile, Tomorrow X Together will hold an offline fan event “PlayX Together 2024” at the Myeongji University Arts and Sports Gymnasium in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul on the 20th.
