UNIVERSE LEAGUE, which brings together trainees who dream of becoming K-pop stars, will return.
UNIVERSE LEAGUE KPOP Audition is coming
SBS and F&F Entertainment plan to organize the global audition program ‘Universe League’ in the second half of this year and recruit applicants from the 22nd of the month.
“Universe League” is the second season of “Universe Ticket,” a global audition program that produced girl group, UNIS. UNIS had its successful debut. “Universe League,” which which will create the boy group, will be held in a completely different format from Season 1. It is an audition in the format of a league match where the final winner of the Prism Cup, will debut as a team.
If Season 1 showed the girls’ journey to the Universe, Season 2 ‘Universe League’ depicts the fierce competition of boys who have already arrived in the Universe.
In this season, three representative K-pop artists will be the coaches of each club. They will select team members and compete through a trainee draft. In addition, the program combined sports elements, they will combine the best members of each club in a trade of exchanging trainees. Sports and K-POP combination will be made.
The “Universe League” will start recruiting applicants on Wednesday. Anyone born before 2011 can apply. More information on eligibility and method will be available on SBS’ official website on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, “Universe League” will be co-produced by Studio Prism and F&F Entertainment.
