Successful VERIVERY Concert Tour!
The group VERIVERY has proved its ability as a global idol by completing the Asia-America tour perfectly.
On May 12, VERIVERY opened its concert tour with “2024 VERIVERY FANMETING TOUR GO ON” at the Concert Hall of Yonsei University’s Centennial Hall in Seoul.
Since then, the concert performances have been perfectly performed in 10 cities, including Hong Kong on May 25, Tokyo on June 1, New York on June 14, Chicago on June 16, Minneapolis on June 18, Atlanta on June 20, Fort Worth on June 21, Los Angeles on June 23, and Taipei on July 6.
In this performance, VERIVERY constantly performed their representative popular songs “Crazy Like That,” “Tag Tag Tag,” “O,” “Tap Tap,” and “With Us” with fascinating performances and energetic charms, drawing fans’ responses all the time, proving the term “global performance idol” on stage.
In particular, performances that reinterpreted popular cover songs that stimulated the consensus of local fans with VERIVERY’s own charm also drew heated attention. Lee Ji-hoon’s “Doll,” Jungkook’s “Standing Next to You,” (G)I-DLE’s “Because I Hate Being Sick,” Eric Chou’s “You Don’t Belong To Me,” Gen Hoshino’s “恋,” Shawn Mendes’ “In My Blood,” and One Direction’s “What Makes You Beautiful” were transformed into units or groups to show off their skills and charm.
Their performance drew keen attention in that it was the first solo and global performance in about 11 months since VERIVERY’s Asian fan concert “DREAM SHOP,” which was held last year. In particular, it was held in Seoul, Tokyo and Taipei, each of which was held twice in total, drawing cheers from the audience wherever they went, demonstrating their global presence as a performance idol.
“As always, it was VERRERs who completed this concert,” VERIVERY said after finishing the tour in the U.S. in Asia. “Thank you for your love and support. I was touched every moment of this concert.”
VERIVERY, which completed a two-month Asian American performance, will continue its various activities individually and as a group.
