WayV at Shanghai!
WayV, the group that started its first solo concert tour, completely took over the largest concert hall in Shanghai, China.
WayV held “2024 WayV CONCERT [ON THE WAY] IN SHANGHAI” at Mercedes-Benz Arena in Shanghai on August 31. Not only did it enter the largest concert hall in Shanghai as its first solo concert, but it also sold out immediately after the opening of the ticket thanks to the explosive reaction of fans, and attracted about 10,000 audiences to realize its unrivaled local popularity.
In this performance, WayV wowed the audience with a variety of music and performances, including the stages of “Moonwalk,” “Turn Back Time,” “Take Off,” “秘境,” “Kick Back,” “Action Figure,” “Nectar,” “Phantom,” and “Give Me That.”
WayV, who met with Shanghai fans after Nagoya, Beijing, Guangzhou and Wuhan and made unforgettable moments, said, “Our relationship with our fans is like fish and water. Because we cannot live without each other and we cannot leave. Today’s performance was possible because of you, and I am happy to make beautiful memories together.”
Meanwhile, WayV continued its tour at the Dong’an Lake Sports Park Gym in Chengdu on the 2nd.
