ZB1 Park Gunwook Picked as Best Rapper!
Group ZEROBASEONE Park Gunwook has selected as the “Best Rapper” for the daily Sports X Fancast theme pick.
Park Gunwook ranked first with 138,574 votes (40.41%) in “Position Vote: Best Rapper,” a theme pick with daily sports and fancasts from July 25 to August 7.
BTS RM came in second with 128,267 votes (37.41%), Oh My Girl Mimi ranked third with 11.16%, Monsta X’s Juheon ranked fourth with 4.81%, and PLAVE Eunho ranked fifth with 2.71%.
Park Gunwook participated in MBC’s boy group survival program “Extreme Debut Wild Idol” in September 2021, drawing attention as an “all-rounder” by showing off his outstanding skills in a number of categories, including vocals, rap, and dance, but he was eliminated from the final debut group. However, he also served as the main rapper by ranking first overall with his rap at the time.
Two years later, he participated in the Mnet boy group survival “Boys Planet” in 2023 and debuted by ranking Top 5 of 98 boys. Park Gunwook was praised for his role in rap-making for “Boys Planet” and was recognized for his vocal tone.
Continuing his steady career as a rapper position, he is in charge of both rap and vocal parts with his high-quality vocal skills. It became a hot topic by showing a powerful dance line using physicality, and he was recognized by master Choi Young-joon when “Boys Planet” aired.
Park Gunwook is scheduled to make a comeback with his fourth mini album “Cinema Paradise” on the 26th.
Meanwhile, fans from various countries actively participated in the fancast theme pick vote with 41.09 percent in Korea, 9.94 percent in the Philippines, 9.78 percent in Japan, 5.13% in Russia, and 3.58% in Indonesia.
Anyone can participate in the theme picks of the “Daily Sports X Fancast”, and the first-place artist will be given daily sports page advertisements, KG Tower outdoor advertisements, and fancast pop-up advertisements.
