Group ZEROBASEONE announced its successful Japanese debut.

Wake One, the agency, announced on the 11th, that the Japan Records Association has certified “Double Platinum” for ZEROBASEONE Japan 1st single “Yurayura-Unmei no Hana-” (ゆらゆら – 運命の) released by Zerobaseone last month.
The Japan Records Association, which publishes gold disc certification works every month, grants ‘Double Platinum’ certification to albums that have achieved the sales of accumulated shipments of more than 500,000 copies.
ZEROBASEONE, which has sold more than 300,000 copies with “Yura Yura-Unmei No Hana-,” broke the record for the highest sales of any debut album by an overseas artist in its first week of release. The album also topped the Oricon weekly singles ranking and weekly singles ranking, followed by the top of the monthly singles ranking.
ZEROBASEONE successfully held its first fan concert in Yokohama, K-Arena, at the same time as its debut, showing off its potential as a “fifth generation icon.” Their first single album proved their local popularity by reaching half million sellers within a week of their debut.
Meanwhile, the group ZEROBASEONE will pre-release the track “SWEAT” from its fourth mini album on the 24th ahead of its comeback in Korea in May.
